Mr. Alfonso S. Yuchengco III – Chairman
Mr. Alfonso Yuchengco is the Chairman for Device Dynamics Asia Philippines and Testech Incorporated.

Mr. Francis I. Ferrer – Board Member
In addition to being a Board Member for Device Dynamics Asia, Mr. Francis Ferrer also acts as the President of the EMS Consulting Group, the Chairman of ECC Group Philippines, Inc., and the Governor of the Philippine Board of Investment. He was previously the President of Electronics Assemblies, Inc., and President of Dutch Boy Philippines, Inc.

Mr. Reynaldo N. Bartolome – President
With more than 30 years in the Electronics Subcontracting Business, Mr. Reynaldo Bartolome started his first 10 years with Multi-National Semicon Subcon companies in the Philippines. He also has 20 years experience in manufacturing electronics services in IMI, and had joined Testech Incorporated in mid 2007.

Mr. Joseph M. Dolina – Chief Finance Officer
Mr. Joseph Dolina joined the Testech Group in 2007, and is concurrently an Associate Director of Argosy Advisers, Inc. Prior to joining Argosy, he was Senior Vice President and CFO of iPeople, Inc., a publicly listed company. He was also a Vice President at RCBC Capital Corp. and Vice President at Northstar Capital, Inc. He holds an MBA degree from KU Leuven in Belgium and a BS Management Engineering degree from the Ateneo de Manila University.
