Mr. Reynaldo N. Bartolome – President
With more than 30 years in the Electronics Subcontracting Business, Mr. Reynaldo Bartolome started his first 10 years with Multi-National Semicon Subcon companies in the Philippines. He also has 20 years experience in manufacturing electronics services in IMI, and had joined Testech Incorporated in mid 2007.

Mr. Alfred Kok – General Manager, Device Dynamics Asia - Singapore
Mr. Alfred Kok has 11 years experience in Sales for Emotive, Halma Asia and Eberts Electronics. He has also worked as Product Engineer for STMicroelectronics Singapore.

Mr. Tony Boudville – General Manager, Device Dynamics Asia - Malaysia
Mr. Tony Boudville has over 20 years experience as Manufacturing Manager for Motorola Malaysia Sdn. Bhd and Freescale Semiconductor. For two years, he served as Manufacturing Manager for IC Assembly at Statschippac Malaysia and is now managing high volume assembly production of Semiconductors (XQFP, PQFP, PDIP, PLCC, QFN, and PQFN).

Ms. Victoria Valdez – Operation Manager
Ms. Victoria Valdez has 23 years experience in Electronics. She worked in Texas Instruments Philippines for 17 years in Production Planning Department and has been with Testech and Device Dynamics for a total of 7 years. She is currently handling the whole Operations of Device Dynamics Asia, Philippines.

Mr. Byron Bicomong – Senior Sales and Marketing Manager
Mr. Byron Bicomong has 14 years of exposure in Electronics Manufacturing Services. He worked in major EMS companies in the Philippines for almost 10 years (Ionics-EMS and IMI) and has 3 years of experience in Customer Service and Production Planning & Control Manager in Sumitomo Electric Company in the Philippines.  

Mr. CL Tan – Sales and Marketing Manager, Device Dynamics Asia - Malaysia
Mr. CL Tan has 30 years experience in Electronics and intensive experience in Process Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Operations. He has worked in companies such as Siemens, Motorola and Globetronics.

Mr. Tandy Fong – Sales and Marketing Manager, Device Dynamics Asia - Singapore
Mr. Tandy Fong has 15 years experience in Sales and Marketing Electronics, having worked in Taiwan and Japanese companies such as Mitsubishi and Omron.

Ms. Mimi Galliardo – Human Resources Manager
Ms. Mimi Galliardo is an HR practitioner for 12 years, having experience in a multinational tire company (GoodYear Philippines, Inc.). She has been in Testech for 2 years and is now acting for HR support for both Testech and Device Dynamics Asia, Philippines.

Ms. Rachelle Jamias – QA Manager
Ms. Rachelle Jamias has 9 years exposure in the Electronics business and has an intensive experience in quality assurance for Semiconductor and Electronics service. She has been with Device Dynamics Asia for 3 years.

Ms. Zoila C. Mamaclay – Planning and Logistics Manager
Ms. Zoila C. Mamaclay has been in Testech for 6 years. She also has 15 years experience in the Planning Department of Texas Instruments Philippines, as well as 2 years planning experience in ASTEC International, Ltd.

Mr. Joebert Aurelio – Engineering Manager
Mr. Joebert Aurelio has 12 years exposure in Engineering and Equipment Maintenance for Electronics Service Providers, and 10 years intensive experience in Tape and Reel Machine and Process from major TnR service companies in the Philippines. He is now on his 5th year in Device Dynamics.
