One of the major investments of Device Dynamics Asia is the people we employ in our organization. Operators undergo rigid trainings and certifications before being deployed to the production lines, and are required to pass continual periodic certifications.

Today, Device Dynamics Asia through its mother company, Testech Incorporated, is in the forefront of ensuring quality by employing more than 700 highly trained and skilled inspectors. Certification and De-certification process is rigid and perpetual. New recruits will undergo Process Training after the orientation on the general and basic specifications. A 90% rating in the written and actual exams is strictly enforced before qualification for the certification stage. The certification stage requires recruits to comply with the 90% grade requirement in the written exam and the 100% qualification grade in proficiency work. Failure will automatically send recruits back to training. Recruits who were able to meet the requirements will then undergo an on-the-job training evaluation prior to actual inspection work on the modules in the cleanrooms. Workers are obliged to pass ongoing Periodic Certification and Recertification to stay in the workplace. Failure would result in de-certification and the worker has to undergo training again.
